Shipping policy

We aim to get your order packed and on the way as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 4pm on business days are normally packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels on the next working day after dispatch, although this is a delivery aim rather than a guaranteed next-day service. Delays can occasionally occur due to Royal Mail network issues, adverse weather, busy periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your parcel through Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 also offers delivery updates and, where available, options such as delivery to a safe place, neighbour, Post Office or Royal Mail Delivery Office.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been packed or dispatched. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Where a free-delivery threshold is advertised, the qualifying order value must be met after any applicable discounts unless otherwise stated.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail where appropriate.

Please note that Royal Mail does not normally consider a Tracked 24 item potentially lost until the expected delivery date plus a further period has passed.

Bank Holidays and Busy Periods

Orders placed over UK bank holidays, Christmas, Black Friday or other particularly busy periods may take slightly longer to process or deliver.

We will always make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
