Mineral & Botanical Formula

The mineral amounts are clearly distinguished from their source compounds.

Each serving contains 500mg magnesium bisglycinate, providing 70mg magnesium, plus 30mg zinc methionine, providing 5mg zinc.

Magnesium contributes to normal nervous-system function and normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The remaining formula includes KSM-66® Ashwagandha, phosphatidylserine, Lion’s Mane fruit body, lemon balm, L-theanine and black pepper extract.

Available flavours: Blueberry and Mango.

How To Take

Mix one 7g scoop with 200-250ml water and drink 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Use a maximum of one serving per day.

Each serving contains 50mg vitamin B6, so consider your total intake if using other supplements containing vitamin B6.
